I am very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. This is actually my second purchase of the same product because I want to keep one on each floor of the house. It is heavy to lug up and down the stairs, but it does a great job cleaning the rugs. The hose accessory is great for the stairs. I am able to get alot of useout of this product. The first one I bought about 3 or 4 years ago and it is still running great. I have replaced the belts, etc. as recommended in the owners manual, but other than maintenance on it, it runs fine. I have not had any problems with it.
